I'd rather tell you up front than take your money. Lamination needs hair to work with. If you've over-plucked for years, are going through hair thinning, or have old brow tattooing showing through, lamination alone won't give you the look you want.
In those cases I usually suggest nano brows, or removal first if the old tattoo has turned grey or blue. Sandy Springs clients often come to me for exactly that: someone who can do the fix and the redo in the same studio.
If you do have hair and it just won't lie right, lamination is the fastest way to fuller-looking brows I know.
