Old brow work is usually layered. The grey or black you see sits on top of warmer pigment that was mixed in when the brows were done. When the laser lifts the dark layer, that warm layer can show through for a while.
That's why I do both methods. The laser handles black and grey. Saline removal handles the warm layers the laser shouldn't be pushed on. Which mix you need is decided at the consult, after a test spot, not on day one.
Sessions are 8 to 12 weeks apart because your body clears the broken-up pigment on its own schedule. Rushing it just irritates the skin.
Getting here: Take I-285 west to I-75 north and get off at Delk Road (exit 261). From City Springs that's usually 15 to 20 minutes outside rush hour, and you park right at the building.
Real result
This is what a sample looks like. Before planning a full series, I treated a small section of the dark tattooed tail of Heather's brow. Ten days later that section had lifted and her natural brow showed through, so we knew how her pigment responds before committing to the whole brow.
The Process
We assess the pigment color, depth, and how your brows healed, then build a realistic plan — because cosmetic pigments vary, this comes first.
Dark, cool pigment responds to laser; warm, faded, or yellow pigment often needs saline. We match the method to your brows.
Your body clears the broken-down pigment over 8–12 weeks and the old brows visibly lighten between each session.
Once faded and fully healed, start over with fresh nano brows, microblading, or ombré — designed correctly this time.

FAQ
Most old brow tattoos take 4 to 8 sessions. Brows that were tattooed more than once, or packed very dense, can take more.
The consult is free. The test spot is $50 and credited toward treatment. Each brow removal session is $250.
The brow turns white for about 15 minutes, then it's red and a little swollen for a day or two. It may scab. Don't pick it.
Keep the area out of the sun and skip self-tanner for two weeks before, and tell me about any new medications.
