Tattoo Removal Consent Form

Come prepared for the best clearance and healing:

No sun or tanning (natural or self-tanner) on the area for at least 2 weeks before.
Shave the area and arrive with clean, dry, product-free skin.
Come with realistic expectations — removal takes multiple sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart.
Let us know about any medications or skin conditions in the area.

While the area heals (protect it — this prevents scarring):

Keep it clean and dry; do not pick or scratch any scab — let it shed on its own.
Protect the area from the sun and wear SPF throughout the whole series.
Avoid swimming, saunas, and soaking the area until fully healed.
A little frosting, redness, or swelling right after is normal and settles within hours to days.
Ease off alcohol and smoking during the healing window to support clearance.
